  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 3 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup minced green onions
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • One garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 oz. bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Step By Step Directions: Twice Baked New Potatoes

1 Pierce the potatoes with a fork. Rub the vegetable oil over the skins of the potatoes – preheat the oven to 400°. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Remove the potatoes from the oven and cool for 20 minutes.
