Ingredients For Spinach Potato Soup

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 15 oz. can sliced potatoes, drained
  • 10 oz. Pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Step By Step Directions: Spinach Potato Soup

1 Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly and bring the soup to a boil. When the soup is boiling, reduce the heat to low. Stir occasionally and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the soup into a blender. Process until desired consistency is reached. I leave chunks of potatoes in the soup, but you can process until smooth. This is delicious with a green salad and garlic toast.
